Olive oil in 5 beauty treatments

We already know the uses of olive oil in cooking and natural medicine. It is, in fact, one of the most recommended foods in any healthy diet. However, its usefulness in natural cosmetics is less known: it is an ingredient that could replace many commonly used skin care products.

Moreover, with its remarkable contribution of omega 3 fatty acids, vitamin E and essential amino acids, olive oil hydrates cells and helps regenerate tissues damaged by environmental agents.

It also inhibits the negative effects of free radicals and prevents the premature appearance of wrinkles, blemishes and other common imperfections.

One of its best features is versatility: we can therefore combine it with other natural ingredients to create beauty treatments tailored for us.

Today we share with you 5 interesting treatments, designed to make the most of its wonderful properties. Take note!
