  • ½ teaspoon of cinnamon (2.5 g)
  • 1 liter of water

Preparation

The preparation is very simple. First we need to get organically grown bananas. We will, in fact, also use the peel and it is essential that this has not been treated with pesticides.

  • Take the banana and cut the two ends. Heat it in a pot with a liter of water.
  • Add half a teaspoon of cinnamon and let it cook.
  • It must boil for at least 20 minutes. After this time, let it rest for another 10 minutes.
  • The next step? Transfer the liquid to a bottle and drink a cup.
