Ingredients
- 2 bars of soap (500 g)
- 1 cup of borax (200 g)
- 2 cups of baking soda (400 g)
- 20 drops of essential oil to taste
- Water (to taste)
Tools
- Grater
- Pot
- Latex gloves
- Bucket
- Wooden ladle
- Old liquid detergent containers
Preparation
- Grate the soap.
- Pour the grated soap into a pot with water and bring it to a boil over low heat.
- Stir with a wooden ladle, to prevent it from sticking to the bottom of the pot.
- Put on the gloves and add, separately, the borax to the baking soda.
- Add the dissolved soap and water mix and mix thoroughly.
- When the mixture is homogeneous, pour it into a bucket and add 7 liters of water.
- Keep stirring and, to finish, add the essential oil.
- Once you have obtained a homogeneous product, you can pour it into old containers of laundry detergents.
- You can add a label indicating the product name.
How to use
- Shake the product before using it and pour it into the special compartment of the washing machine.
