  • 1 tablespoon of salt (25 g)
  • 15 button mushrooms (115 g)
  • 2 cups of breadcrumbs (200 g)
  • 2 cups of grated cheese (200 g)
  • 1 tablespoon of finely chopped parsley (25 g)
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil (60 ml)
  • 4 minced garlic cloves (35 g)

Preparation

  • The first thing you need is a saucepan that you can use for all stages of preparation.
  • Once you get the pot,  put the breadcrumbs together with the grated cheese, garlic, parsley and oil and then mix well.
  • Carefully empty the mushrooms in the center, so that you can stuff them with the filling you prepared earlier.
  • Arrange them on a heat-resistant pan and bake at 200 ° C for 15 minutes.
  • At the end of the quarter of an hour, let them cool for a few minutes at room temperature.

2. Andalusian champignon mushrooms

Ingredients

  • 1 onion (75 g)
  • 1 tablespoon of salt (25 g)
  • 5 cups of button mushrooms (500 g)
  • 1/2 cup of almonds (50 g)
  • 2 sprigs of chopped parsley (10 g)
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil (30 ml)
  • 2 1/2 cups of white wine (230 ml)
  • 4 minced garlic cloves (40 g)
  • 1 tablespoon of chopped red pepper (25 g)

Preparation

  • Pound the garlic, almonds and parsley carefully in a mortar.
  • Skip the onion with salt and a drizzle of oil until golden.
  • Then add the champignon mushrooms and sauté everything for 2 minutes. Just before turning off the heat, add the pepper and let it fry with the other ingredients.
  • Add the wine and leave to cook.
  • When the wine has evaporated almost completely, pour the contents of the mortar.
  • Let it cook for 10 minutes.

  • 1 tablespoon of salt (25 g)
  • 1 glass of white wine (110 ml)
  • 2 cups of button mushrooms (200 g)
  • 2 cloves of garlic (10 g)
  • Cooking cream (220 ml)

Preparation

  • Place the ingredients in a pan in the following order:  first the minced garlic cloves, then the mushrooms and finally the white wine.
  • Cook over medium heat.
  • Add the cream when the previous ingredients are almost cooked.
  • Cook everything for about 10 minutes.
