  • 1 kilo of beef tenderloin
  • ½ kilo of marinated sausage.
  • 5 tablespoons of sea salt (75 g).
  • A bottle of Pilsener type beer (355 ml).

Preparation

  • Cut the meat into pieces.
  • Then, soften it with a meat mallet.
  • When the meat is tender, arrange it on a bowl.
  • Salt the meat.
  • Then, add the beer, little by little.
  • Let it rest for about 2 hours.
  • In the meantime, start heating the grill with charcoal so that it is ready for use.
  • After the necessary resting time, roast the meat according to the desired cooking point (the ideal is to cook it for at least 20 minutes anyway).
  • Then, together with the beef fillet, roast the sausage for a maximum of 7-10 minutes.

In this case, it should be emphasized that the consumption of white meat is highly recommended for health. According to a study published in Food & Nutrition Research , it contains highly digestible proteins, unsaturated fats, B vitamins and minerals such as iron, zinc and copper.

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons of Dijon mustard (65 g)
  • 2 chickens cut into pieces (1150 g).
  • 1 pinch of red pepper (15 g).
  • 1 tablespoon of chopped rosemary (25 g).
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil (50 ml).
  • A large cup of lemon juice (100 ml).
  • 2 yellow lemons and ½ cup of grated zest (60 g).

Preparation

  • In a bowl, mix the lemon juice, lemon zest, Dijon mustard, rosemary and chilli.
  • Then, add 1 – 2 tablespoons of olive oil and a little salt.
  • Mix well to mix the ingredients.
  • Then, place the marinating chicken in a large plastic bag. You can leave it at room temperature for up to 2 hours, or in the fridge overnight.
  • Meanwhile, preheat the grill over medium heat.
  • Remember to add salt to the chicken before putting it on the grill (the ideal is that the skin becomes crisp without burning).
  • Let the chicken cook for 10-12 minutes and then flip it (let it cook for another 10-12 minutes).
  • Finally, remove it from the grill, arrange it on a serving dish and decorate with lemon slices (optional).

3. Pork ribs in barbecue sauce

Pork ribs are versatile and can be prepared with different ingredients that enhance their flavor. In this case, we offer some spices and Worcestershire sauce.

Ingredients

  • 2 kilos of pork ribs.
  • 1 pinch of pepper (15 g).
  • ¼ teaspoon of salt (7 g).
  • 1 tablespoon of garlic powder (15 g)
  • 2 tablespoons of brown sugar (35 g).
  • 2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce (40 ml).
  • 1 package of barbecue sauce (355 ml).

Preparation

  • The night before the grill, place the raw ribs in a container (preferably glass) filled with the barbecue sauce.
  • Then, let them marinate overnight.
  • The next day, remove the ribs from the container and wrap them, one by one, in aluminum foil. Wraps must be well sealed.
  • Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 150 ° C.
  • Arrange the ribs on a baking sheet and cook in the oven for 2 hours.

Ingredients

  • 3 minced garlic cloves (15 g).
  • 1 red onion (55 g)
  • 1 tablespoon of salt (15 g).
  • 2 chicken breasts (600 g)
  • 1 cup with chicken dressing (100 ml).
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil (40 ml).

Preparation

  • Cut the chicken breast into cubes.
